Dr Wong has been a significant contributor of his skill and experience to his patients and to the orthodontic community for over 20 years. He is a meticulous experienced clinician and was the first orthodontist certified as a member of the Australian Orthodontic Board in WA in 1998.
He also served on the teaching staff of the Perth Dental Hospital, mentoring the undergraduate dental students and forming part of the key clinical lecturers for the orthodontic graduate students of UWA for 2 decades.

He started and developed 2 extremely successful and respected private practices, becoming one of the busiest and largest single doctor practices in WA. In addition to state-of-the-art treatment and practices, he developed several treatment appliances which were appreciated by all concerned, served on the organizing committee of the Australian Society of Orthodontists Congress in Perth and treated the financially disadvantaged at the Perth Dental Hospital.


Dr Wong moved to California for family reasons for a few years and sold both of his Perth practices. He and his wife have returned to Australia, settling in the Gold Coast area near some of their children. They raised 5 children in Perth, who now live in Australia and the USA; with immediate family also living in Malaysia and the UK. Their objective is to deliver exceptional (personal, professional and affordable) orthodontic care to residents of the Gold Coast/Tweed Heads cities and the surrounding rural communities.
